1. Enrollment & Payment
By enrolling in a CISNET course, you agree to pay the listed course fee in full prior to the course start date. Payment can be made via credit card, e-transfer, or invoice (corporate clients).
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the course start date
- 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before the course start date
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the course start date
- Course transfers to future sessions are available at no charge with 48 hours notice
3. Course Retake Policy
If you do not pass your certification exam after completing a CISNET course, you may retake the same course at no additional cost within 12 months of your original enrollment, subject to seat availability.
4. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to:
- Attend classes on time and participate in lab exercises
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Not share course materials, recordings, or lab access with non-enrolled individuals
- Follow all applicable exam vendor policies regarding certification exams
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including slides, lab guides, and study notes, are the property of CISNET and are provided for personal educational use only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
CISNET provides certification training and preparation. We do not guarantee exam results. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email.
